Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Pancakes
There's really no special recipe here.
It's just this (made according to directions):
Plus this (chopped up):
And it equals this:
I don't even need syrup or butter for these. They're perfect as-is.
Yes, I love pumpkin-related food just as much as I love apple-related food.
Beyond that, I truly and wholeheartedly love Trader Joe's. Having one within a couple miles of my house is one of the best parts of living in the Columbus area.
... And I'm going to need to stock up on that pumpkin pancake mix while it is still in season. To. Die. For.

Yum! I have a pumpkin waffle recipe that I will send you. So good to see you this weekend! Rocky already misses his Aunt jess!
Oooh, Jason would love these. He loves everything pumpkin.
We SO miss having Trader Joe's so close. I was addicted to TJ's chai when we lived back East and would get several cans of it every winter. So sad that we don't have one here.
(I love the idea of chocolate in these. I am the only one in this house who really likes chocolate chip pancakes, so I make the last few with chocolate chips every time I make them. SO good!)
Drooling....
I bought the pumpkin pancake mix this week at Trader Joe's! Can't wait to try it :)
I am so very jealous that you have a trader joes near you! Looks delicious!!
Haven't looked at your blog in a while. Now I'm hungry. Thanks...
those look so yummy! we don't have a trader joe's and i wish we did... maybe one day!
I am so going to plan a trip to TJ's to get some of this!!! YUM!
Their multigrain pancake mix is our standard around here. This will be a nice seasonal change of pace.
